Challenge
Creating alignment on balancing order status on lock screen and in-app information and mitigating the risks by creating moments to prompt users to take actions in app.
Objective
The goal was to bringing order status to customers on iOS lock screen without introducing customer anxiety. Some key considerations include defining key moments to present information, create framework around information transparency and key actions.
Results
Drove +1.5% DoubleDash attach rate Maintained design patterns & framework, supported 10+ teams launching in the new surface Iterated from experiment hypothesis to improve business performance. Featured on Apple.com
